Does the site offer any other services?

Subscribers may access a team of independent coaches to support them individually. Coaches’ time is booked through the site and payment is taken through the site. The payment is split between the Coach and the site. The payment retained by the site is used to manage and develop the site.

How much do subscriptions cost?

The generic site is able to be viewed at no cost. Customised versions of the site are provided at an agreed fee.

How long do your published prices remain valid?

We reserve the right to vary our prices from time to time and they may also vary by region. We will always notify you in advance of any changes in price that apply to your subscription upon its renewal.

What are the payment arrangements?

If you choose to purchase a subscription you can pay online by credit or debit card via our secure payment pages.

When does my subscription become effective?

We will try to process your subscription promptly but do not guarantee that your subscription will be activated by any specified time. Your subscription will only become effective after we have successfully verified your payment details and email address, at which point we will provide you with access to your subscription.

What is your refund policy? Am I allowed to cancel once I have subscribed?

Once we have started to provide any part of your subscription to you, you do not have any right to cancel your subscription until the end of your subscription period. This means that you are not entitled to a refund once we have started to provide any part of your subscription. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.

What is the minimum duration of the subscription term? How long must I sign-up for?

If you chose to pay monthly, your subscription will continue until you tell us that you no longer wish to receive it, in which case you will stop paying the monthly fees. If you chose to pay annually, we will send you an email letting you know when your annual subscription is close to ending (unless you have already told us that you wish to cancel your subscription). Unless you then notify us before the end of your annual subscription period that you no longer wish to receive it, your annual subscription will renew for another year.

How do I cancel?

Although you may notify us of your intention to cancel at any time, such notice will only take effect at the end of your then current subscription period. You cancel your subscription yourself via your Account page – click on your name to bring up the Account page – then click on the button ‘Cancel Subscription’.
