Sylvie Lacoste held senior positions in International Business Development and Global Key Account Management in international MNCs before moving to academia and joining a French Business School as an associate professor in Marketing/Supply chain.

Her research deals with global Business to Business marketing topics, with a focus on supplier and Key Account interactions. She has published academic articles in Industrial Marketing Management and Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing (forthcoming).

She has also published a book entitled “Key Account Management” (Pearson Education France) and was nominated for the best academic article award in France (2012) for her paper on “vertical coopetition: the key account perspective”.

The Key Account Journal is a not-for-profit publication. It is managed by an Editorial Board and is supported by business schools with a strong faculty interest in Key and Strategic Account development. It is published by the Key Account Management Group which is a division of the Sales & Marketing Consulting Group.
