The Association for Key Account Management is an independent non-for-profit professional body founded with the aim of sharing research, learning and experience. To provide a formal qualification in Account Management, the Association has created a Diploma in Key Account Management. To be awarded the Diploma, a Manager undergoes a formal Assessment requiring the submission of a portfolio and a viva examination.
To prepare the Manager to pass the Assessment, we have created a blended online modular program in conjunction with supporting business schools, universities and academics.
